“Virtual Museum”
of the Civil War

We have had a number of requests from people to put a site on the World Wide Web with pictures of the relics that we have collected over the years. Several of our friends and fellow collectors have also agreed to provide photographs and descriptions of their Civil War relics for inclusion in this “virtual museum.”

It is our hope that this site will become a required stop on the web for those folks interested in the history and artifacts of the Civil War. As time goes by, we hope to make this “Virtual Museum” into a valuable reference for relic collectors, reenactors, historians and Civil War enthusiasts. To this end, your input is welcome and encouraged. Direct your comments, questions, suggestions or corrections to Joe Haile, curator of the “Virtual Museum” of the Civil War. If you are interested in collecting relics, we invite you to visit our sister site, The Carolina Rebel, for a complete listing of buttons, buckles and other relics we have for sale along with display cases and Civil War books. You'll also find a show schedule and links to other interesting sites to visit along the World Wide Web.
